The problem
Most companies run HR across five or six tools that don’t talk to each other. Frontline workers, who never sit at a desk, are left out of all of them.
What I built
- Core HR: people directory, employee profiles, org chart, leave, attendance and payroll.
- Impact Score: a performance signal built from real work data instead of self-assessment forms.
- Manager Copilot that answers questions about your team and suggests next steps.
- Employee self-service portal, notifications, CSV export, and a WhatsApp channel for frontline staff.
- Compliance and integrations modules, planned from a 21-module product spec I wrote first.
How it’s built
A Turborepo monorepo with a Next.js web app and a Hono API. Postgres with Drizzle and row-level security keeps every company’s data separate. Single sign-on through WorkOS. The API ships as a Docker image to Railway, the web app to Vercel.
